Colin has over 27 years’ experience in infrastructure asset management, strategic advisory and leadership across New Zealand and internationally.
His career has been defined by providing trusted infrastructure advice at a strategic and portfolio level, supporting asset-owning organisations to improve decision-making, investment prioritisation and long-term performance. He brings expertise in infrastructure asset management and considers his role is to act as a strong bridge between governance-level objectives and the realities of infrastructure condition, performance and delivery.
Colin is passionate about raising capability across the sector through developing the know-how of clients and team members as well contributing to industry-wide guidance and best practice.
