With over 20 years’ experience across the environmental and infrastructure sectors in Aotearoa New Zealand and Australia, Melaina brings a strong mix of leadership, planning, and project delivery experience. Her work has spanned complex infrastructure projects from early strategy through to delivery, across both public and private sectors.
Known for her collaborative approach, Melaina brings people together – working closely with iwi and hapū, stakeholders, and communities to shape well-informed outcomes. Her leadership reflects how we work at PDP, grounded in partnership, people, and place, and we’re pleased to have her leading our Land team.
