Gemma is an environmental scientist based in the Invercargill office with 16 years’ experience in monitoring, sampling, and data analysis, specialising in freshwater ecology. She has worked extensively across Southland, including with the regional council, giving her strong knowledge of local issues and regulatory processes. With a multidisciplinary background spanning land, soil, air, and aquatic environments, Gemma leads complex projects that deliver practical, sustainable solutions for Southland communities.
