Looking to kick-start your career with meaningful, real-world experience?

At PDP, our interns are more than observers – they’re valued members of our team. You’ll have the opportunity to work alongside experienced engineers, scientists, planners, and advisors on projects that help shape communities across Aotearoa.

As an intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience across a range of environmental, engineering, and advisory projects, contributing to work that addresses some of the country’s most important challenges. You’ll work alongside multidisciplinary teams, learn from industry leaders, and develop practical skills that will support your future career.
