With over 15 years of experience in resource management planning, Jessica specialises in three-waters infrastructure projects and has extensive expertise in land-use, air discharges, and gravel and mineral extraction. Her career spans various roles in regional and district councils across New Zealand, particularly in Northland. Jessica has a proven track record in project management within the three-waters sector, overseeing the full project lifecycle from pre-application meetings to consent processing, notification, and hearings. Her strong leadership and comprehensive project management skills ensure successful outcomes for all stakeholders. Prior to joining PDP in early 2024, Jessica transitioned from planning to asset management at the Whangarei District Council. She collaborated closely with Auckland and Northland councils on capital expenditure programmes for Wai Tamaki ki te Hiku and contributed significantly to the Whangarei District Council’s Infrastructure Strategy. Her work in local government roles has positioned her as a knowledgeable Senior Consents and Infrastructure Planner.
While she will always be a proud Southlander, Jessica finds working for the communities of Northland particularly rewarding, especially in providing sustainable, affordable, and culturally appropriate infrastructure solutions.
