Business Support Coordinator (Fixed Term) – Wellington

Part-time (24 – 32 hours per week over 3 – 5 days)
Fixed-term for 12 months, starting late September 2026

We’re looking for an organised, proactive Business Support Coordinator to join our team on a fixed-term basis to cover parental leave.

This is a busy and rewarding role where you’ll play an important part in keeping our Wellington office running smoothly. You’ll provide administrative and operational support across the business, including coordinating travel, formatting documents, organising meetings and assisting with day-to-day office management. You’ll also work closely with Business Support Coordinators in our other offices, providing support when needed.

What you’ll be doing

  • Providing day-to-day office administration support
  • Coordinating travel, accommodation and vehicle bookings
  • Formatting reports and documents using Microsoft Office
  • Organising meetings, catering and internal events
  • Assisting with onboarding new staff
  • Managing office supplies, couriers and facilities requests
  • Supporting company vehicle administration and office health and safety activities
  • Providing dedicated remote administrative support to our Napier office and supporting other offices across the business as required

About you

You’ll be someone who enjoys helping others, takes pride in delivering high-quality work and can confidently juggle multiple priorities.

You’ll ideally bring:

  • Previous experience in an administration or business support role
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word, Outlook, Excel and Teams
  • Strong document formatting and attention to detail
  • Outstanding organisational and communication skills
  • A proactive approach with the ability to work independently
  • A professional, friendly and collaborative attitude
  • Experience with SharePoint is an advantage
