Human Resources Administrator

We are looking for an HR Administrator to join our HR Team and to work side by side with the HR Advisor in providing administration support across all HR areas to support our growth and our strong people culture. HR Administrator will get involved in a variety of responsibilities and projects but recruitment administration will be a significant part of the role.

About the Role

  • Be responsible for administration support of end-to-end recruitment process (including vacancy advertising, candidate screening, scheduling interviews and running reference checks)
  • Prepare employment agreements and variation letters
  • Support HR Advisor in organising and facilitating in-house training programs, graduate events and wellness initiatives
  • Provide input into all regular and ad-hoc HR reporting
  • Is a Super-user for HRIS and Recruitment tools (yet to be rolled out)

What you’ll bring

  • Is a real people person, is relatable and approachable
  • Is capable, driven, interested and independent
  • Has minimum 2-3 years’ experience in an HR Administrator or Recruitment Administrator role supported by formal HR qualifications (minimum Bachelor degree)
  • Has advanced knowledge of MS Office (word, excel, powerpoint) and Adobe Pro
  • Is highly organised with superb time management skills and high attention to detail
  • Has fantastic communication skills and can easily build relationships with people at all levels
