PDP partnered with Auckland Council Healthy Waters to generate robust treatment data for an innovative stormwater device. Knowledge generated is integral to expanding the available stormwater technologies and prioritise adoption of effective and efficient treatments.
PDP has established a history of successful water intelligence projects with Auckland Council’s stormwater department, possessing the inhouse technical capabilities to design and manage applied research for planning and operational uses. The monitoring program operated under challenging real-world conditions, telemetered hydrological data, and automatically sampled for chemical, physical and biological parameters to assess treatment efficiency under variable conditions. This was all accomplished with a non-invasive, modular installation, designed for easy decommission and transport to another monitoring location.
