Trusted expertise
Our herpetology team holds a Department of Conservation (DOC) Wildlife Act Authority (handling) permit, allowing us to safely and legally work with New Zealand’s protected lizard species.
We have experience undertaking lizard surveys and monitoring in national parks and wildlife sanctuaries in New Zealand. Beyond Aotearoa, our herpetologists bring international experience in the survey, monitoring, management, and translocation of reptiles and amphibians, including snakes, slow worms, frogs, toads, and salamanders.
