With over 15 years of experience, Tracy offers a robust and practical background in environmental site investigations, environmental management, and compliance monitoring. His expertise lies particularly in the assessment of contaminated land and water, having successfully delivered numerous projects across New Zealand and Southeast Asia. Tracy’s knowledge and experience spans across a diverse range of sites, including defence bases and estates, airport complexes, petroleum facilities such as service stations and terminals, manufacturing plants, landfill and waste disposal sites, public reserves and council assets, as well as commercial, industrial, residential, and subdivision or construction development projects.
Tracy is adept at managing projects from inception to completion, with extensive field experience in sampling various environmental media including health and safety considerations. He is also skilled in preparing technical reports, including comprehensive human health and ecological risk assessments. This breadth of experience underpins Tracy’s ability to deliver practical, reliable solutions across a wide spectrum of environmental challenges.
