Zoe is a Service Leader (Contaminated Land) and Certified Environmental Practitioner with the Environment Institute of Australia and New Zealand, with over 10 years’ experience in contaminated land and drinking water across New Zealand. She specialises in contaminated land site assessments, remediation, and environmental regulatory compliance, delivering projects across commercial, industrial, linear infrastructure, residential, and energy sectors. Zoe is adept at conducting technical peer reviews of contaminated land assessments and is highly familiar with the MfE Contaminated Land Management Guidelines, Hazardous Activities and Industries List (HAIL), NES Soil Regulations as well as relevant regional and district council contaminated land provisions. Leveraging her experience in drinking water, she has also led studies on source protection and developed water safety plans. Zoe is recognised for her integrity, effective communication, pragmatism and project management skills, consistently achieving high-quality project outcomes.
